After months of work, we are ready to start rolling out the latest version of our iVech system this week. We are going to be rolling out the update slowly, customer by customer whilst ensuring all the new features are setup and configured correctly for each individual rental business and branch.Accountancy Improvements
We have been working hard on updating and improving the accountancy and invoicing side of iVech.
- New export tools for popular accountancy systems including Sage and Quickbooks
- Invoicing improved with features including split payments and editing
- You can also create a consolidated invoice for companies who have more than 1 hire
We have been working with a company called Davis to offer licence checks within iVech. For a small fee, drivers can give consent for you to access their licence ahead of them visiting. This will pull the data into iVech automatically for you, including any endorsements that may be on the licence.Signable Integration
Signable offers contracts to be sent to customers in advance, so they can be e-signed ahead of schedule. This feature is also ideal for business’ who may have someone in the office sign part of the rental agreement. This feature can be setup within your iVech settings.Dropbox Improvements
There has been a small update to the Dropbox integration which now allows you to attach documents or images to invoices that you are sending to the customer. Ideal for things such as attaching damage reports.iVech on my website
The new version of iVech now includes the ability for you to turn on ‘Book my Hire’, a simple widget you can embed on your website to take bookings directly. Please note, there is an additional charge to turn this functionality on.General Improvements
There has been a lot of tidying up done across the system, with bug fixes and user interface improvements taking place.
